Springfield Centre is located on St. Lomans Campus in Mullingar. It provides a range of services to people with disabilities including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech & language and day services. 

Westmeath CIL staff and run the Rowan Tree restaurant in the centre. We provide nutritional meals to clients and staff in the centre and to the general public. We also deliver meals to clients in the community. The restaurant is renowned for its food and friendly service.
