• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming

• Minor domestic

• Grocery shopping/accompany

• Help prepare meals

• Upkeep of equipment e.g. Wheelchair

Social Activities

• Accompany client to places of entertainment, sport

• Assisting in and out of Taxis etc.

• Acting as translator for person with speech impediment

• Assisting Leader to make phone calls, write letters etc.

Educational

• Assisting client to and from a place of study

• Assisting in note taking as required

• Assisting client complete assignments

Work

• Assisting client getting to and from work

• Assisting client make phone calls, write letters

• Acting as translator for client with speech impediment

• Assisting client with completion of work related tasks

It is important to note that the Personal Assistant is there to assist their Leader in everyday life.
